@MrAl That was fun detail indeed, but that would have been funnier if it is not reality in dystopia we are living in. I worked on repair on John Deere equipment. Their anti consumer tactics are on other level.

When the future of weaponry means plastic ah crap guns.
I'm remidned of Aliens Fireteam Elite, where one of the many brands of weaponry you can requisition doesn't even sell any guns, they sell you a liscense to use their blueprints to 3D print their gun designs yourself. (TBC)
Was re-watching Pacific Rim last night and this came to mind. Engineers and repair teams cringing every time one of those Jaegers preform a damaging maneuver. Punch's, Kicks, head butt's or the most damaging Fist Bumps.
You blame the tech for being faulty. I blame the operator for being faulty. Either way the manufacturer isn't going to cover this one. I suggest fixing both.
