People complain about Bilewater and Sinner's Road but personally, Mount Fey was my biggest roadblock. 

Still, I enjoyed each of the challenges in the game EXCEPT the courier delivery part of the Taste of Farloom quest. This is the only one I'd just mod out of the game, no regret. I still did it normally but I won't do it again.

I'd probably mod for shards to be infinite because I am allergic to anything farm those days. Furthermore, I simply have no time or interest in repetitive chores on my leisure time. You are already limited for how many charges of a tool you have so it's not like infinite shards means I could kill a boss by just using tools. Yes, this would make the game easier but I still don't care. 

I still want to finish it once "vanilla" because that's how I play but I think if someone want to mod the game, I totally get it. 

To close, Silksong is a once-in-a-generation kinda of game and will probably make me spoiled to play any other metroidvania after that.
