@Tyson Eberhardt: Engie-tan/Angie is another Team Fortress 2 rule 63 (gender-flipped) character, much like Aleksandra/Heavy-tan, Morgan/Demo-tan, Jane/Soldier-tan, and Anne-Marie/Spy-tan in the panels above. So technically an original character, but based off the TF2 cast.
Wait, wait. Is this Angie-Engie an actual person? Because for a baffling moment there I was wondering if Jo was going through a gender reassignment thing or something.

I see no problem with the hair and the glasses, because is Angela, not "Engie" of the past. But spending some comics with all girls poking her to choose another hair style or glasses can be fun.

Jo, you scoundrel! You updated the strip to make Angie wear silly round glasses again... If you are so confident Angie needs them, then may be let her wear something a bit more stylish?
@Mister Jay: I saw the long hair too, and NOW I see glasses. Angie didn't have the glasses when the strip was first posted, though; I guess they were drawn in afterwards.
I see that Angie has found contacts and her old hair style, I can't tell if she's got a bun on the end, but it's nice to see her with the rest of the girls.
