Actually, a rocket launcher like that would be pretty damn nice thanks to the way crits work.

Essentially:
1. Each rocket will do the maximum damage that a normal rocket can reach, at any range. (No random damage variation, no matter how far from the soldier it is.) ... cont...

Nothing will replace TF2. Least of all either of the games you mentioned. The only possible strong contenders may be Firefall or Planetside 2.
