Sometimes I see some minor balance change, like "we are changing X hero stun duration by 0.1 second" and the crowd go wild like you are killing  their firstborn. 

All balance discussion online end up being a hysterical shouting match amplified by content creators which I assume also has a lot of bad faith sprinkled into.
