That's part of the reason why nowadays, most runners stream their attempts. It doesn't mean that there's no cheating involved, we had multiple precorded runs that were streamed and passed as legit, but it's a lot harder to cheat when you're live and it adds a lot of credibility.

In all honestly I don't care about other people's stats or achievements in games unless it's a red flag signaling that they are scummy and/ord try-hard no-lifers and I should avoid them in order to keep having a good, fun time.
But yeah, screw scammers, especially when people's money is involved.
