@Andy Willow basically? its a jet engine assisted wrestling move from near orbit that Potemkin does in guilty gear.

Playing Potemkin is great. You fight a guy who's practiced several impressive combos and mix-ups, and a single Pot Bust evens the score.

Though I have found the higher up you go, the players get less likely to be caught by such a move.
