I think "Hearts On Fire" is a better fit here.

Even after all the exercises, here's guessing Jo won't draw her with biceps. Abs wouldn't be bad though...

Of course, none of these exercises help grip or wrist strength.

General fitness has other marital perks though.

Demoman is able to deal damage with the pan (one-handed) same as heavy deals with the fist, so we can assume Morgan wasn't that weak to begin with. Will be interesting to see where she will end up after one montage

Holy cow. Morgan really levels up her strength to be able to pull a tire with Alek sitting on it.
I can see the jar just exploding when Morgan grabs it because she isn't used to her new strength.
