This is still amateur hour. Brazil had already perfected the Hot Tub meta back in the 90s. Just search "prova da banheira gugu" on Youtube to see the type of stuff we had on public access Sunday afternoon TV.
Not to be an irascible stick in the mud but, really, there are multiple sources for the viewing of female anatomy - and MOST of those don't involve having to listen to some desperate streamer witter on about whatever vacuous thought happens to cross her banal-ass mind...

It's from 'metagaming', in the sense of 'finding and using the strategies or tactics most effective under the current mechanics or rules'. Something favored by the state of balance is said to be 'meta', and by extension the rules that favor it are called 'the (whatever it is) meta'.
How difficult is it for Twitch, or it's streamers, to put a content rating system on their streams? If they don't, enough parents will get angry when they find their kids watching titty streamers to shut it down. G, PG, R, NC-17 - it already exists, they just have to do it.
