Is this a comment on how games get most of the bugs but not all of them?
The bugs folder is noticeably smaller than the bugs-inbox.

Am dev, can confirm - QA catches all the bugs. The release schedule is what stops them all being squished.

Sounds about right. The question is, do the programmers not care or are they too swamped?
The answer depends on the studio. Both occur. Sometimes both in the same studio.
