I did cringe a bit during that trailer, even if she looks cute. Still, I think Smite does the best God/Hero reveals for mobas. Beautiful lore section and art, going over each ability in order, and giving good easy to understand examples of the gameplay.

It is also a dead meme. I never understood why big companies want to use dead memes.

You die a lot slower in Dota compared to league. 2/2

As someone who plays both games, the biggest issue with league's damage is that there is nothing like bkb or evasion to help you avoid damage, so you die a lot quicker than in Dota 2. Dota 2 actually has more damage upfront but due to mana costs being higher and having ways to avoid damage, 1/2

On the contrary, League is probably more damaging than DOTA as of late.

You die to some champs in LESS than their full combo.

in league of legend it takes so long to unlock every champion that it is basically p2w.
even though i don't like dota 2 either i didn't feel like it was a p2w game.

I played boath, right now i play lol because A) i dont have to mute everyone everygame (voice chat is only for your party) b) less stressfull.
Both games have their own respective feature and end up playing really diferent

I don't play DotA or LoL but I do enjoy watching their respective tournaments.
I find LoL a little easier to follow when the fighting starts due to characters taking a little longer to die.
