When companies decide to do announcements, especially when things aren't perfect they do what I call "PR bullshit" where they'll try to sell shit as gold, ignore the issue or say they are monitoring the issue.

Only when sales plummet it seen they move their ass thou in some cases it's too little, too late.

At this point, I simply ignore whatever they say because it's never useful but I wonder if there are people out there who eat their stories and believe what they say. I mean, they are telling this to someone, right?
