If you've seen D.Va hentai then you're being a hypocrite. If you haven't then you just deserve my pity.

@White Rice: well alot of the differences in state laws are made in response to incidents, some states ban acts others allow, Nevada having legal prostitutes for an easy example.

"given how mature adults are today" ya, nail on the head there jo, nail on the head...

She's over 16, but she was a child soldier so that's gonna mess with a person psychologically.

By the was D.VAs canonical age is 19.
Now I wonder where is this bar located.

@Robert Dalton: if you play overwatch you must have heard D'va's dialogue with Widowmaker. She doesn't like being treated like a teenager.
Well, DVA's already in Soju advertisements---er, I mean, Nano-Cola. Yeah.
In colloquial Korean D.Va's 20 or even 21. But legally she's still a minor.

If thought logically there is a small irony. Many women work long and hard to keep looking young. Which means getting asked for ID to prove their age is a COMPLIMENT especially if they are well over the minimum age to buy booze.

D.Va's a professional streamer and actress, her attitude is her stage face. She's *also* gone through military training and been in a good number of battles.

Took me a little bit to understand, that 'job requirement' is basically a reference to anime, not games =P

Technically the drinking age in the US can be anything the states want, but the federal government will drop funding for highways if it's anything below 21, or something like that.

(cont.) Anything stronger requires you to order at a bar or shop at "Systembolaget", aka The System Company, which by law has sole monopoly on selling strong and imported alcohol or liquor.

Here in Sweden you only need to be 18+ to drink, but 21-22 or so to actually Purchase or Order anything yourself. I forget the exact age. Early twenties anyway.
that, only low-percentage or entirely alcohol free beers can be legally sold in common stores. (TBC)

@Simon Szymanski: fun fact: it's between 18-21 in the states, depending on which state, and in some cases, what drink you're getting (example: South Dakota, 18 for beer under 3.2% abv, 21 for above (3 years of weak-ass beer)). We're a weird country, and we have weird quasi-regulation on too much.

@Micheal Makar'ev: D.va is 19

The thing is D.va is still wearing her work outfit, she should not be drinking and driving

Isn't legal age for drinking in both america and korea is 21?
Well, Reaper is like 60 but acts like an edgy emo teenager, soooooooooo
about 7 years ago
Where I live the alcohol board is so overeager the bars just card everyone even if they're obviously in their 60's to avoid getting in trouble.
Netherlands: gotta be over 18 too. But sellers, be they bar or supermarket, are obligated to ask your ID if you look below 25.
@Simon Szymanski: True, the legal age for drinking here in Brazil is 18.
This joke actually makes perfect sense in the US since the drinking age is 21 IIRC
