Original Overwatch members were: 76, Reaper, Torbjörn, Reinhardt, Pharah's Mother and Someone named Liao. Rest, like Mercy or Tracer, joined after first Omnic war.

As others have said, Reaper is in some kind of constant degeneration/regeneration hell, but what people often overlook is that he went through all the same super soldier stuff as Soldier 76, and they also both somehow survived an explosion thought to have killed them. They're both all messed up.

Reaper and 76 are the same age in their Origin skins, but Tracer Winston Mercy Mei and Torbjorn were ALSO members of Overwatch, and they haven't aged like Soldier 76 has.

Something more than just time happened to him, he shouldn't be as much older than the others as he is. Time travel, maybe?

Let's also keep in mind that Reaper is basically a kind of nanomachine agglomeration.

That being said "Soldier 76" is basically a joke about clone soldiers; I'm pretty sure there's some black magic going on with him, too. I'd put money on cybernetics.
