I mean, considering how cheating is rampant in CS:GO and we already got some cheaters in OW, so I don't think it has anything to do with her being a girl. I would even suggest that it might be simply PR around her, someone talked about cheating because this will grab a lot of attention.

After watching her plays i'd say her excellent strategy, maneuvers and gameplay are the key factors to her success. Those cant be achieved through cheating.
