The reason is simple, hunter's hero power can "end the job" after the deck runs out of gas, other classes can't do this fast enough.

Short nosed British Bulldog is so badly breeded they got sunken nose and short legs their life expetancy only reached 7 years. So choose wisely or play with someone else's pet if you not sure you can cope with the responsibility.
Cats with short nosed or sunken nose are prone to health problems because they got short breathing and problem with cooling their body off. Dogs with very short and almost useless legs look cute but they also prone to health problem.
Remember, owning a pet dog/cat is at least 10 to 20 years of commitment. Feeding them will cost you unless you have the money and their med can be quite expensive. Some cats/dogs are prone to health failures more, so if your money is limited, find a local variant that's proven to be strong enough.
Hearthstone is a game for simple minds, easy and fun to play but honestly I can't play it for more than 3 games in a row to get bored seeing all the same stuff all the time. Either 30 card decks are too small or the game is just plain boring. No clue what it is but I prefer MTG offline.
