I liked that rune, like you said, it's worth 2 creep kills, but hey, you can move for gank AND get paid. Doesn't get better. Bottle's more useful too, even though more expensive.

One time i've gotten well over 250 gold from this rune. Long ass game.

@Kilgore Trout: Just a little note in here. Actually it worth just a little bit more gold and less exp then 1 lane creep (as they worth around 40-45 gold and 62 exp)

Worth two creep kills at the beginning of the game--worth more gold and XP the longer the game goes. It's great when they get to be worth as much as much gold as killing an enemy hero or Roshan. As for XP, I've leveled up by taking a bounty rune a number of times.

I like the Bounty Rune, it's free gold and xp, and makes the strategy of having two bottles in one team viable.

If you're a mid carry with a bottle, you can go up and down and possibly get both runes for more bottle uses! Yay free refills!

Who needs to kill creeps when you can get Bounty Rune?

Bounty runes are ok in terms of a little jump for whoever takes it, but being able to refill your bottle with it seems quite overpowered, shouldn't be able to do so :/
