I'd agree with you if they actually used outfits like CM in this strip, but most of them use full armor, like Luna, PA, etc.

The only problem with Dota 2 female character design is how many have cleavage that is totally not in their personality. Showing cleavage makes sense for girls who seem to like to show off like Lina and Crystal Maiden. It does not make sense for an insecure hermit like Drow, or a book ninja like TA.

put it this way, in dota 2 there's no girls(aside from qop) who run around in half naked armor like most other games do. they're dressed decently and fully, barely revealing any unnecessary skin.
So. One of the more common complaints I see about League of Legends from DOTA Players, is that it has to much fan service, and yet here we are, with DOTA2 fan service.
