Considering most of the votes came in before the pictures came up, and that Spyette got a big bump after the fact, and Heavy Weapons Gal and Spyette are the two most voted for characters, how about a Finals round of Spyette and HWG?
Then the 40% who voted for the other 2 can have an influence.

Usually Demo but because that's unfitting for a webcomic's plot I'd stick with Spy. We already have enough sellouts etc.

Since all of the girls are great characters - the voters are quite evenly split up - the four should, in my humble opinion, take turns in the comic until Engie rejoins them. They'd form a perfect TF team, even better if there's some Pyro- or Sniper-tan.
