Look up Child of Eden. If you've heard of, or played Rez, it's the spiritual successor. Admittedly, it's the only Kinect game I'm interested in, but it does confirm there will be more than just silly casual party games.

So, what's the next step here? We've got motion sensors on all three of the systems now, head tracking will probably become more prevalent, and Nintendo is bringing out 3d which should let them dominate the market even harder.

The PS3 is already going to get a pretty sweet 'sounding' game with the move.
The reason it sounds so sweet it that it crosses over Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter, and Sly Cooper.
