I don't care what anyone says. Dan Hibiki is a massively powerful fighter. It's kind of like swordfighting with Guybrush Threepwood: It's not so much what you do, but what you say. A good insult or mockery can seriously throw your opponent off-balance.

It's more of a street fighter joke. In Street Fighter Dan is more of less a joke character, having fairly weak moves (Although, he's a bit more upgraded in SF4) because of his own merged/home brewed fighting style.
