Papermans (Papermen?), putting rock at an adherent disadvantage against paper. His first battle will be obscenely hard no matter what path he takes. Then, he's either stuck with paper powers, forcing him into a draw at best (or long, drawn out sustained damage).

The point of this comic is that no matter what Megaman does, he's screwed.

Just setup your internet connection to use an American Proxy (Control Panel -> Internet Connections -> Local Area Connection -> Properties -> Internet Protocol -> Properties). A whole list of them can be found with a Google search. Once the game is purchased on your account you can play it anywhere.

to take down wily you have to either use your japan version of the game which might make taking down paper man which makes wily cut bot weak or just use the mix of newsman and bookman's attack.
