The Blademail armour doesn't return blademail armour induced damage. I suspect that the player abilities would have a similar caveat.

wait, if two enemies are wearing this reflecting armour, wouldt the dmg bounce back and forth constantly(if 100%reflect) if ot 100% reflect, the dmg will be almost equally divided over the 2 persons, right?

Also the punchline below the comic is hilarious. I don't expect that.

As a guy who don't play both DOTA and LOL I actually got the reference. It's because I played Torchlight and one of the Destroyer skill is to create thorny aura around him so it will reflect back damage to the attackers. Now I wait for Diablo fanboys calling Torchlight suck.

Blademail (and Centaur's return ability) doesn't "reflect" the damage away. It duplicates it to the attacker, but the receiver still takes damage.

And tbh I thought this comic was about the heroes' passive abilities (Centaur's Return, Axe's Helix) rather than blademail.

Axe and centaur are using item named blademail: this is a tank item that reflects all damage dealed to you to attacker. Then you use it there are spikes all around you so noone wants to attack you
