I found this comic to have a higher quality of humor than some of the more recent comics, not counting the grampa gamer story. It's nice to see the funny come back.

I recommend Spirit of the Century, Reign (using the Enchiridion), 3:16 Carnage Amongst the Stars thanks to their small book size and overall quality. Also, even if you carry all three you'll need to carry less than 30 dice to support them. They're ideal games for people that have to travel light.

Tabletop RPGs are great for any form of postapocalypse scenario (hey, you'll go nuts without some R&R), but D&D's dependence on loads of books makes it a poor candidate. Games that have everything you need in one book would be better. Not needing many pounds of dice would also be a bonus.
