Ignoring the qualities of Forspoken and Hi-Fi Rush, I believe when you charge 70 bucks for a game you create a set of expectations. A smaller price tag also helps people be more tolerant of any game flaws.

But it helps Hi-Fi is a very good game so people are happy to pay for it.
