Just putting this out there: According to the canon predator vs alien books, female predators, while lithe and lacking the ugly jaws of the males, are almost three times as big, much, much stronger, and often tear their mates to pieces during FOREPLAY.

There's a few things going on here. First, the Predator is supposed to be a mix of both Predator and Alien. Second, it's a gib on Tsundere (Google is your friend)

Third, it's kinda funny when I looked at it.

This is both funny and confusing at the same time. What would a Xenomorph personification look like, I wonder? Similar to the zerg?

So my experience playing humans in the new AvP game (MP demo) - it's like playing a hot girl walking down a dark alley at night.

That's not to say I didn't kill a fair amount of enemies, just everyone seems to have a special method for raping you.

But the Zerg-tans were mostly drawn in a cute non-proportional way. Predator-tan is drawn in realistic proportions and with an arguably human face, mixed with that cap on her head... that hits the "not quite right" spot pretty good... at least for me...
YMMV though.

People need to lighten up, it's cute.
Though I was always a xenomorph fan and in the games predator was only barely less annoying than those bloody droids and automated turrets.

And wall crawling is probably the only thing it took to sell it to me.
But the camera was not your friend :(
