@tom641: When Jo first made these characters, he explicitly said that they were ripped out of the cast of TF2-tans, just like Angie. In fact, when they were looking for jobs, all of them tried going back to their old TF2 jobs. Also, Anne did stab Widowmaker, showing that she's still got it.

Granted the others have obvious parallels so, it probably is.
