@RoderickBR: It's not exactly the height of originality. I remember one of the defender powersets in City of Heroes had their only heal tied directly to damage done, and another tied to a debuff, both in a small AoE around the enemy target.
Funny thing is that I did read some people talking about it months ago, about the concept of a healer tha can heal only by attacking first. I don't know if it was especulation, wishful thinking, or if some info was already leaked.

She will be played a lot in lower brackets, since poeple dont want to play healer and this way they can get away with thier team whining for a healer and still do crappy dps, i dont think she be played in pro tho
She can join old man auto target in the 'sort of' healing category. She will also most likely be played more than the other medics due to this reason since no one wants to be medic.
