I love playing Torb and this is exactly how bad it feels, same with Symmetra. o3o

This is why Multiplayer games just don't do it for me. You can play your best, and still just end up being frustrated as all hell.

holy shit someone that didn't shit all over torb calling him useless and just going afk being how to play him. as someone who plays a lot of torb (2nd favourite if not most) i have to agree with what you say, engi feels kind of easier but mostly for me more tedious due to mettal and upgrade time.
