But OK, let's suppose disabling Rapier and Gem is OK.
That miss dome is useless against melee carries (AKA the ones that can actually carry consistently), ghosts are even worse and slow is useless, also ult no longer resets CD, for a few seconds illusion... They nerfed EVERYTHING about him.

And Winter Wyvern nerfs are final. Also Arc Warden is sup only now.
What's the point of adding new heroes of they'll just nerf them to oblivion and make them unplayable and nonviable? Smh... Valve used to know how to make balancing interesting, now they're just saying "fuck it" and nerfing at will.

the INT scaling is really there just so that supports have better nuke damage to clear creeps later in the game as they also gets stronger the longer the game goes on.

Poor CM she knows how it feels, however lets be real icefrog does things in small increments over multiple patches, i wont be surprised to see the amount of int per 1% spell dmg be lowered from 16 to 14 next patch

But more than that isn't TOO significant. At 200 int you have roughly 12% bonus spell damage. That's pretty much filling your inventory with high Int items.

@The14th: You need a cataclysmic amount of intelligence for the int to affect the game more than it usually does. Not to mention that in addition to everyone getting more health, Strength now gives ~5% more health than usual (from 19 to 20 hp). So the bonus spelldamage equalizes out at around 80 1/2

That blademail change is interesting, Carries are not known for being resistant to the damage type that they deal.

Well its not a big change in int mechanic dmg .... cuz u have like 1%dmg for 16 int .... not big deal ...in bestcase your spels will have 10%demg more than it should be but remember that all hearoes are buffed +50hp so it realy doesnt make diference :) ...also why nerf death waify ...
