At least the Sniper got unique and fun weapons. The Spy's are more or less tweaks to his old weapons.

Lies, sniper has had the best update so far.  Nothing is more awesome than Jarate.

I really like the art stlye you took this comic in. It really reminds me of the milkman level from Psychonauts. You should do a comic on that.

I like all your styles but I like this one in particular. I'm sure you've gotten a lot of heads up already but I think 'matey' should be replaced with 'boyo' or something.

The only thing that's off is the 'Matey'... not something a Scotsman would say :P

Lol, you can just feel the angst the author has against the sniper. 
Also, I like the Cloak and Dagger, makes "ghosting" a whole lot easier.  Like the old revolver too, since the Ambassador, in my opinion, just looks good.

Dead Ringer is good on Arena, but not all CP maps. I'm worrying when not headshot with The Ambassador, cuz when I shot at enemy several times with Revolver, he is dead anyway

guys guys guys... maybe Spy have cool new weps, but I was pretty bored as Sniper cuz I was killed many times when looking throught scope, now I love to be Sniper, I see normally when I'm Sniper, or have protection.

The types of rewards look like the theme, the Aussie outback man's theme is not bling.

All the new weapons are useful or good except the razorback. The huntsman wasn't ment to make the sniper better, technically none of the new weapons are supposed to make you better just change the game a bit.

Jarate is the best weapon in the FPS genr-Nay, the best weapon in all of video game history.

The huntsman is pretty awesome too.

Razorback is terrible, I will agree.

That's right, Brick! Assuming you're very uncreative and can't figure out any of the uses for the Cloak & Dagger.

Except the sniper unlocks are far superior to the spy unlocks. The only Spy unlock worth using is the Ambassador.

The style is ok. I prefer coloured but, well, I willl still read the comic if you keep using this.

I actually think that this is a pretty good format. However, I think that it should just be used for short gags since many people seem to like the earlier ones alot better.

The sniper's new weapons aren't supposed to make him more effective.
It's supposed to make playing sniper more fun.
(face it, point n click gets old after the enemy team learns to grief you)

The deadringer is now the most evil cloaking device ever, they buffed it last update.
It now can pick up ammo, if you don't use the whole charge, it won't be used, I have done some really nasty stuff with the deadringer.

I don't entireily agree with the fact that Valve loves ths spy more... it is just the spy is prone to being easily killed and they are trying to fix it!

This color scheme makes me expect the heavy to break into a gritty monologue about Jessica Alba being molested by a little yellow gremlin.

I kinda like the new style. It could work. Don't listen to all the haters!

I really like the Sniper update, but I do agree that it seemed like more care was put into the Spy update. :(

I prefer the old style, but it is nice to see things mixed up every once and a while.
Pyro gets nerfs. backburner use to be +50 hp (see comic #46) and he recently got an airblast nerf (no longer affects disguised spies).
Gabe says in the commentary that his favorite class is the spy.

Author, while the new look is interesting and the text is different (and not necessarily in a bad way) I would like see this change only temporarily, with the majority of your comics being more reminiscent of your earlier works.

The Huntsman and Jarate are AWESOME. Why is the sniper so sad? :C He can set his arrows on fire for the most macabre of burning effigy headshots, and his pee has a thousand and one uses!
Oh. And the razorback no longer slows down snipers. Most recent update, people.

@Tappipappa Umm... no. The pyro was never nerfed. The +50 HP was actually a major power up. I mean he had more hp than the soldier. Good they fixed that.

Farnas. They DID nerf pyro...back when he/she first got his/her update. Remembe backburner? It had +25 or was it +50 or was it +70 HP bonus. Not anymoar :(

I really like the 4-koma style. I hope you do more in the future, even if just as intermissions between arcs.

I never use ANY of the Spy unlocks. I think they suck. Though I AM using sniper unlocks - sometimes Jarate, sometimes Razorback (2fort specially), and a lot Huntsman, though i like Sniper's Rifle more.

And it also nerfs rocket- and pipejumping while being effective :-\

I personnally think Steam's favorite class is the Pyro. Otherwise, why would they not nerf it ?

What I find especially cute about Jarate is that it does not simply increase recieved damage by shitty 35%, but at the same time removes any damage falloff from bullet and projectile weapons (while this is not stated anywhere in the update notes). Srsly, was this unintended, lol?

Despite how hideous and cheap the Jarate is, it's terribly effective at what it does. And also, if you have been checking the Team Fortress 2 blog, the Sniper chose to have it in his range of "equipment".

I like the hunterman, better than the ambassador, imo

do not underestimate Jarate or Huntsman. THey may be less shiney than the spy's stuff but at least your not a giant pincushion covered in pee.
