I'd say the soldier is more insane than dumb. 
For example, the meet the soldier video, where he is talking to heads on sticks, and his taunt where he whacks himself on his head with his shovel. Doesn't seem too sane to me.

There have been delays on the last several comics.  I know we beggars can't exactly be choosers, but just a simply note saying "hey guys, I'm pretty busy with real-life stuff so the next comic is going to be a few days late" would make all the difference.

Psy-Kosh: Lesson 3 is just about the physics of airblasts, calculating what angle to reflect rockets and where people will land if you blast them and stuff. The pictures are mostly just BS made up to look scientific.

I like the physics excercise for reflecting rockets.

I realized we forgot one critical lesson: how to use the Axetinguisher properly. When used right you can absolutely rape a line of dudes with little effort. Just an extended burst of the flamethrower; whip out the Axetinguisher and start hacking.

I still think "teacher heavy" is adorable.
I am a bit confused what's going on in the third lesson though. From comments, apparently it has something to do with airblast lessons, but no idea past that.

Why is airblasting so complicated? And what does the ADN have to do with it? Maybe I missed something that isn't "time it right to kill the Soldier with the rocket that was supposed to kill you". (Yes, this is a joke.)

This Heavy is way more veteran than I thought.

I love the third lesson he teaches with the calculus of reflecting projectiles.

Heavy would've taught baby-pyro how to circle sentries, but he doesn't know how himself either.
